This training includes:

• Conscious breathing & recapitulation: Through the breath we open the doors to unblock the emotions in the 

body, entering into an experience of connection that allows us to release, relieve, and recalibrate the body.

• Activation of your voice (throat chakra), by unblocking the sacral we can activate our voice and thus help others. 

• Instruments: vibration, methodology, practice of musical instruments (drum, maracas, guitar). In each musical instrument, we influence the movement and cleansing of our body (physical, mental and energetical), thus moving the water in our body, generating a coherence with our essence ,and with it, the experience of body and soul connection! 

• Feminine shamanic energy and womb cleansing

• Use of power objects, rituals that serve to develop your spiritual path, balance your masculine and feminine side, improve your relationships, expand your economy and begin to consciously heal yourself. 

• Movement exercises, Yoga, dances, to release retained memories and balance the body. 

• Toltec techniques to save energy 

• Working with the elements 

• Active meditation techniques to release thoughts or feelings to improve your energetic state and mood 

• Light your fire, methodology and practice of fire

• Shamanic trance, specific exercises to connect with your

The practitioner will enter the Shamanic Journey, aided by the traditional drum, experiencing the altered state of consciousness. The shaman is said to be a master of the two realities, the two worlds and knows their ways very well. 

Shamanism is learned in a disciplined way, following concrete steps, in order to succeed with impeccability.
